HOW TO REFUND - From SPG

How To Refund Transaction

1.   Has both merchant and fee been settled?  If yes, then refund can be issued as long         has both accounts has settled.

2.   Click on “Return” or “Refund” in new version

3.   Select Date Transaction occurred on.

4.  Click “Search”

5.  Select Transaction wish to refund “Refund” or “Refund”

6.  Would you like to refund the fee yes or no press delete or ok
